Demo day push

workflowtestingdemo

Final push to get everything demo ready. The integrated build was solid from yesterday, but running through a live performance scenario is different from running through it once. Actually testing with multiple people using the system at the same time surfaced issues that don't appear in single player testing.

Did a full run through with the actual demo setup projector, sound, the whole thing, had to to adjust some parameters on the boat to make it work for multiple players. We also quickly created a presentation that we could start with before the demo of the game.

Everything felt pretty good before the demo, happy team, good product. The demo flow was smooth, the mechanics held up under actual usage, and the team knew the talking points. The presentation/demo felt good as well, people laught and seemed to enjoy it.

Afterwards Jonas, CTO at embark gave us some great feedback, especially about making the mechanics and story feel meaning full, why are players invested in our game, so we have some stuff to think about before the final presentation. We also convinced him to buy our game if we release it ;)
